The Company is a 2003 Robert Altman film about a ballet ensemble in Chicago. The leader of the ensemble is Malcolm McDowell; most of the rest of the cast are actual members of the real-life ensemble who inspired the events of the film.
Most notable scene is a in-universe example of Self-Deprecation (the "satire"), which trancends across the Fourth Wall and applies to the movie as well.
