Eric Calderone is a YouTube guitarist who goes by "331Erock" and plays various tunes in a Power Metal way. He also released an album of original music in 2010. His YouTube page is here.
Eric Calderone provides examples of the following tropes:
- Medley: A few of his songs feature the tune from multiple songs from an artist, movie, or video game. The Halloween video features tunes from different movies.
- He now also has a Christmas video and a Valentine's video, so he's got plenty of these.
- One of Us: In nearly all of his videos, Eric is wearing a shirt that is for a video game, comic book, band or movie. He also has some really nerdy posters and a Green Lantern tattoo.
- Shout-Out: Occasionally, in the middle of a song, he will play a riff from a metal band.
- X Meets Metal: This is the entire premise of his music. His videos use this trope.
