In Airborn, Miss Simpkins's reaction to finding out Matt and Kate were out in the jungle a second time:

Miss Simpkins: "You were in a cave together?!"
Kate: "Yes, and it was very, very dark."
Captain: (ushering them out) "Ladies, a pleasure as always."

In Starclimber, Chef Vlad's explanation for why he wasn't in Paris:
