Should the chat be moved to Libera instead of Freenode? A lot has been moved to Libera due to the mess that has been made with Freenode.

We've discussed that at length, yeah, but I forgot if the "registration on Libera" part fell through or not. I'll have to go back and check.
As I recall, we were waiting for some kind of response from the LiberaChat folks? And they were kinda ignoring us?
