• The villagers are trying to force Ulric to renounce his faith by stretching him between two horses. He asks them to stop, presumably so he can renounce God and end his pain. Instead, he calls Osmund over to him and tells him to open Ulric's shirt, revealing the buboes growing on his body, and that he has brought the plague to their spotless little village. Sean Bean's delivery of Ulric's Badass Boast is what really sells this Moment of Awesome:

"I am Death. Vengeance is mine."
