If anyone wonders why, it's because the board description is blank. To fix the problem, copy this into the board description:

On this page, you can start a new discussion and post your review of ''{{BASEPAGENAME}}''. Comments to your review can be posted below that. If someone want to start another review, simply open another discussion. [[Category:Reviews]] [[Category:{{BASEPAGENAME}}]]

I don't know if ratings from the old template still work.

No, the ratings system does not work with Flow, we already tried that.

Also, even on TV Tropes the reviews do not have categories.

I'd have to look into how to preload a Flow page with a preset header template.to do what you suggest.
