what's wrong with Covert Action?

Two things: One, that's an actual page for a game with Stealth based elements, and the category is for works that have stealth based gameplay in some form or fashion, which I just added Covert Action to.

FYI, since categories auto sort and keep better track of pages and subcategories better in MediaWiki than doing it manually, most are being moved to the category pages and their main pages redirected there. Also, in MediaWiki, you cannot rename/move categories, and Covert Action is already taken.
