Christine Cavanaugh
Christine Cavanaugh is a former voice actress who reached prominence in the 1990s before abruptly and inexplicably retiring in 2001.
She is best known as the original voice of Chuckie Finster in Rugrats (she was replaced by Nancy Cartwright). She also played Gosalyn Mallard in Darkwing Duck, Bunnie Rabbot in Sonic the Hedgehog (SatAM version), Babe in the original 1995 film Babe, Dexter in Dexter's Laboratory (replaced by Candi Milo following Ego Trip), and Marty Sherman in The Critic.
She was known for cohorting with E.G. Daily, who played Tommy Pickles in Rugrats. That relationship may have been harmed when Daily was chosen over Cavanaugh to reprise the role of Babe in its 1998 sequel.
