Clown (fanfic)
Clown, written by Alex Mcmullen, is an Alternate Universe fic in which the characters of Bleach are just regular people living in a small town terrorized by a vicious psychopathic murderer nicknamed Clown. After a nightmarish stand-off many years ago Clown was supposedly taken down by rookie cop Ichigo Kurosaki, but years later the grisly remains are once again reappearing and a fresh body count is rising.
Still traumatised from the past encounter Ichigo swore never to work in homicide again, but when the victims turn out to be his closest friends he is forced to hunt down the crazed killer with the help of his co-workers Renji and Rukia.
What follows is a nightmarish journey packed full of Gorn and enough nightmare fuel to fill a tanker.

- Alternate Universe: No shinigami, no swords...Just cops and one messed up killer.
- Berserk Button: Don't tease Ichigo about his mom of he'll pump you full of bullet-holes.
- Body Horror: Clown's 'makeover' in truly disgusting.
- Complete Monster: Clown with a capital C.
- Creepy Basement: Whatever you do, don't go for a guided tour through Clown's house. It will be your last.
- Crosses the Line Twice: Clown doesn't just kill Ichigo's mother but he also tricks him into coming to the warehouse where her corpse is hanging from the ceiling by her own intestines! Also in one of the final scenes of the story the two confront each other and Clown says sorry...But then adds That he was sorry he didn't get to take a bite out of her!
- Dark Fic: You bet!
- High Octane Nightmare Fuel: Every. Single. Murder. Some of them are so horrific it's physically painful just reading it. Every chapter has at least one scene that will make your stomach quake. Anyone up for eating children? or maybe feeding someone into a mulcher? Lengthy tortures and truly grisly deaths make this story a nightmare fuel station.
- I Ate What??: The leftover snags Ichigo found in the fridge weren't what he thought they were. They were actually Orihime's severed fingers.
- I'll Kill You!: Ichigo's buttons are pushed a few times too many and he doesn't take it lightly.
- Moral Event Horizon: Clown shows no remorse for any of his victims, even when they are children.
- Nausea Fuel: Read the story and you'll know. Chapter four deserves a mention.
- Knife Nut: Clown. He loves sharp stabby things.
- Serial Killer: Oh really?!
- Slasher Smile: Clown has no lips, he cut them off because he didn't like them. Same goes for his eyelids.
- Squick: You should know by now. If not, read the story.
- Stuffed in The Fridge: Quite literally. Ichigo raids the fridge at the expense of his sanity. The toilet is not much better.
