Generations of Yarbo men have been inadvertently seducing the women of Saskatchewan, spreading their genes far enough that everyone in the area now has some small traces of Yarbo DNA. Hank has the purest strain, but it manifests in every other Dog River citizen as a streak of complete insanity.
