- Miwa, especially after he begins executing injured Brahmins just because.
- Olban assassinates the Emperor, tricks Richter into making him believe the humans did it (which leads to the death of Kazuya's father), and sends him to defeat the humans hoping he would get killed. He then turns against his own people by experimenting on them. He then hooks up the Brahmin space station's guidance system to his heart so that it will crash itself into the planet Jupiter in case he dies.
- Crowning Music of Awesome: When you hear the whoosh, it means shut up and listen to Isao Sasaki.
- Filipinos Love Daimos: Every Filipino's fave super robot second to Voltes V.
- Hilarious in Hindsight: In Starbirds, the crappy American dub, the MacGuffin is called the "Crystal Light". Crystal Lite is a lines of powdered lemonade mixes, so it sounds like they're fighting for their beverages.
- Narm Charm (The Filipino-English dub. This being a 70's dub, lowering a bit of standards before watching is advised.)
