Alternate Character Interpretation: The Meowsician, along with Chimabell, could arguably qualify. The Meowsician could be set either as a Well-Intentioned Extremist who lost his way, or treading the line of being a Complete Monster . Chimabell, on the other hand, is either a manipulated figurehead with a tormented past or a jerk with no redeeming characteristics.

- Pretty much every villain gets some of this, with the exception of Malakov, because most just believe she's more than a little creepy. Even Ivan gets a bit of it, going by the comments on some of his concept art, and he's spoken barely a paragraph--maybe-- since he was introduced.
