A now-defunct web comic drawn by Chutkat and co-written by Greki. It started in 2006 and appears to have ceased displaying new material around 2013. There also appears to have been a print version at one time, but it also appears to be unavailable.
A demon (Demoön) is sent to earth and is nearly ran over by a truck. A girl saves him and he is now in a life debt to her. The thing is... she has always wanted a talking cat.
The comic could at one time be found here, but as of late 2019 all this site contains is an image promising the comic will return ... in 2018.
Tropes used in Demoön include:
- Cloudcuckoolander: Kimi is this. Much to Demoön's suffering.
- I Owe You My Life: What starts the story.
- Noble Demon: Sorath.
- Schedule Slip: Appears to have doomed the series. Wayback Machine copies of the top page include "It's been a year since I last posted anything" notices dating back to at least 2013.
- Talking Animal: Talking "cat".
- Written Sound Effect: The authors still have some issues when it comes to these.
- You Remind Me of X: Even the creators admit that when Notaro opens his mouth he resembles a Golbat from Pokémon
