A 2003 Hentai anime, loosely based on the game of same name, Discipline: The Hentai Academy was released as a six-episode OVA.
Takurou Hayami has just been admitted to the Academia of Saint Arcadia School. He looks forward to his future school life, but what he doesn't know is that Leona Morimoto, a rich heiress who rules Saint Arcadia with an iron fist, is stalking him and wants him to join her school club, the Social Club. And by that she means she wants him to become her sexual toy. Leona has taken an interest for him, however, because her sister Reina had discovered his penis apparently behaves like a being of his own after drugging and raping him during an admission interview, something Takurou doesn't remember.

Tropes used in Discipline: The Hentai Academy include:
- Adaptation Dye Job: Leona's eyes are blue in the game and violet in the anime. Her bondage outfit is also changed from black to red.
- Adaptational Heroism:
- Adaptational Villainy: The Morimotos were bad in the game, but their anime counterparts own an entire facility where they transform women into Sex Slaves. The sheer scale of evil makes them worse.
- Amnesiac Hero: Takurou seems to have no recollection of his "admission exam" where Matsuno had sex with him.
- Ascended Extra: Miss Kawahara, the school nurse. In the game, she is just a victim of Leona's kink bullying and is only featured in one H-scene. The anime expands her character by making her a former Morimoto's pleasure girl, able to cure Takuro's abnormal condition, and helps the heroines escape during their infiltration to the Morimoto mansion.
- Boobs of Steel: Yuuki has one of the largest breast sizes of the female characters and is physically the strongest.
- The Cameo: In the anime, many of the characters from the game not adapted in the first three episodes briefly cameo in the second three episodes.
- Demoted to Extra: Linda Hamilton, the American exchange student, in a way. The visual novel makes her Leona's ace-in-the-hole for the baseball match against Saori's team to the former's advantage. The anime changes this to make her attend the academy under Leona's request solely to test the students' sexual endurance.
- Distracted by the Sexy: In the last episode, Yuuki and Ruri use their charms (and bodies) to distract two guards as their comrades whack them on the head to knock them out so they can access a safe.
- Flanderization:
- The anime, big time, compared to the game. Which is surprising and creates a lot of fan backlash because previously the Bible Black anime remained faithful to its original visual novel source material. Doubles as a Genre Shift and Lighter and Softer, as it entirely changes the primary premise from a relatively realistic and serious (albeit a little pompous, what with Leona being able to fly her own Harrier fighter jet of all things and driving a Ferrari F50) slice of life setting into a sort of erotic comedy later-school-spy-thriller lite.
- In terms of characters, almost all of them got this treatment as well, but the school nurse Miss Kawahara as well as Linda Hamilton suffers the most.
- Gecko Ending: The anime ends with Morimotos stopping their abuse after the Crusaders obtain a book who they can use to blackmail them, even if unknowingly the Morimotos had already made it unusable by wetting it during the heroes' escape.
- The Heavy: Leona isn't the Big Bad in the anime, but she is the main enemy of the protagonists. Her sister Reina fits better, but her actual villainous behaviour in any proactive role is very little, while Leona does the heavy lifting.
- Lighter and Softer: The anime tones down a lot of Leona's malicious behaviours and disgusting actions toward Saori and Takuro. This also has an effect for the ending in which the anime only has her power reduced, while in the game she's gang-raped and blackmailed.
- Official Couple: Saori elopes with Takuro at the end of the sixth episode.
- Princess Curls: Leona's has a pair of drills on each side of her head and is incredibly wealthy. She lets it down during the event of Episode 6 in the anime.
- What the Hell, Hero?: Madoka actually calls out Takuro for being such as submissive guy which resulted in him getting screwed by Leona and her goons.
- Zettai Ryouiki: Kawahara wears a miniskirt and thigh high stockings.
