• Shout-Out:
  • To Berserk. As part of a cross-promotion deal with the 2012 anime, it includes the armor sets of Guts and Griffith. Two of the preset characters also bear a strong resemblance to Guts and Casca.
  • As a nod to one of Capcom's own franchises, one of the character classes is the ninja-like Strider.
  • Possible pawn quote: "'Tis but a flesh wound!"
  • The monikers that you call your characters all come from many of Capcom's other games. They include Chun-Li, M.Bison, Dante, Asura and Magnus.
  • The golems definitely seem to reference certain other laser-spewing constructs with their delayed-explosion beam sweeps.
