Dreamcatcher (novel)/Nightmare Fuel

While the idea seemed silly to some viewers, the Shit-weasels aren't one to be messed with. When Beaver tried to fight it, it took off his fingers in one fell swoop.
The animals running away. Most of which have been infected by the Ripley. It seems cliche in Horror, when animals like deers and rabbits run off whenever a monster or some dangerous entity comes a knocking, but if you look closely you'd see bears and wolves; the most vicious of animals in the snowy wilderness running off too, you know something's wrong.
