Summary

Taken at an NRA convention held April 27-28, 2019, according to an Infowars article, but no further provenance is known; if the original posting (and poster) remains to be found on the Net, it's been swamped out and buried by the literally hundreds of reposts and memes spawed from it. However, if the information becomes available to us, we will happily note it here.
