  • MST3K Mantra: Despite being set some time after the first CDM, Tyler Bates appears as a supporting character. In real life, Bates didn't team up with Marilyn Manson awhile after the setting. However, it was decided to leave him in the story due to being so far into the work and his role as among Manson's henchman.
  • Shown Their Work: Research was done to ensure closest possible to the personality of each girl.
  • Shout Out: Spur is a nod to the Tottenham Hotspur, a team Emma Bunton is a fan of, while Hornet is the same what with Watford F.C. for Geri Halliwell.
  • What Could Have Been: Originally, the Fusion Gundam was going to be feline-type but due to a lack of goddesses in such form, it was settled to canine-type. Foxes were the original concept when to this design but there weren't many native foxes in Europe, so which was done to wolves.
    • Before United as a code name, Mel was going to be given either Peacock or White as a nod to Leeds United. However, thanks to research on Melanie Brown was done, a unisex name was to be selected.
    • Victoria's code-named was going to be a nod to the husband of the real-life Victoria Adams, David Beckham, as he played in Manchester United. Yet, it was settled with Hawk, a nod to being born in Harlow, instead, as fans of Harlow Town are often called the Hawks thanks to their emblem. This was due to Manchester United happens to be a well-known rival of both Leeds United and Liverpool, where Mel and Melanie are fangirls of, respectfully.
    • Originally, Emma Bunton was going to be The Chosen One since her animated counterpart had suffered the most but was later changed to Melanie Chisholm.
    • Speaking of sizes, Fusion Gundam was originally going to be Mini-Mechas about up to ten feet, which would've justified some of their antics but was dropped to the size of a Powered Armor.
