- Dissidia Final Fantasy has 10 villains but four of them don't do much for the overarching plot and just follow orders, while the actual Big Bad Chaos doesn't do much but let the others run about planning their schemes. Thus we have:
- The Big Bad: Garland, head villain and Chaos's right-hand man.
- Co-Dragons: The Emperor and Ultimecia, Chessmasters and masterminds of the game's plot.
- The Evil Genius: Golbez, manipulator and shady schemer. Also a Sixth Ranger Traitor.
- The Brute: Jecht, edges on Dumb Muscle in that he has no interest in schemes and just fights because he's told to.
- The Dark Chick: Kefka, the infamous Ax Crazy Monster Clown.
- The prequel Dissidia 012 is more clear-cut, as each of the six new characters gets a designated Arch Enemy from the 10 villains, along with the Sixth Ranger Traitor.

- The Brute - Leo (Heel Face Turn)
- The Evil Genius - Cid (Heel Face Turn)
- Final Fantasy VII in terms of ShinRa, Inc:
- The Big Bad - Rufus ShinRa, the Magnificent Bastard President. Almost as much a Draco in Leather Pants as Sephiroth And he does a Heel Face Turn in one of the sequels.

- The Dark Chick - Scarlet (The Vamp). Oh-so-very-much.
- The Sixth Ranger Traitor - Reeve, though his Heel Face Turn isn't until near the end of the game. Since he controls the body of Cait Sith, The Mole who joins the party, he's also a Sixth Ranger Traitor for the good guys as well.
- One could make the argument that Reeve was already a face at the beginning of the game. An Anti-Villain, if you will.
