A comic book created by Michael Dooney, better known for his involvement with the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise. Set in the future, it deals with the exploits of a youthful robot named Gizmo Sprocket, his furry friend Fluffy Brockleton, and a sentient bike named Soto.
Tropes used in Gizmo include:
- Crossover: Gizmo had a two-part miniseries in which he shared the spotlight with Fugitoid from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Mirage. He also encountered the Turtles' friend Renet in another story, and even made a few one-page cameos in some TMNT books. And much further back, an early version of the character (named "Gismo Sproket") appeared in a pin-up with Cutey Bunny.
