McGarrett is questioning the courier, asking him whether he let somebody else handle the package, whether he took his eyes off the package at any time, whether he fell asleep on the helicopter ride between destinations. The courier held up his hand, and then spoke one of the most Badass lines in television history:

"Sir, with respect, I take my duties as a courier very seriously."
