Heir of the Bruce is a Quest-based BattleTech fanfic written by Lordsfire, the author of Cameron's Legacy. It's the story of Rhiannon the Bruce, heir of the Ducal throne of Somerset, a young orphan dealing with the politics of the Inner Sphere. The story takes place starting at Rhiannon's birth in 3010, with her planned ascendance to the throne in 3030.
