- Meimi Sonoda. Hot. Her Fan Nickname is "Yuki's Red Hot Mom."
- Not only has she gotten even hotter since Fred started drawing Megatokyo on his computer (The art is a lot cleaner now), but she now gets bonus points for the fact that when she ties her hair into a ponytail she looks like an aged up version of Yuki.
Phobia, the Hot Amazon mother of Gastrophobia. She looks like a teenage older sister of her son.
Ash's mom from Misfile. Justified since she's a former lingerie model.
Roy's mom from Order of the Stick. When he meets up with her in the afterlife, Roy is a little stunned to see his mom back as the hot 19-year-old she was prior to meeting his father, who remains a Grumpy Old Man in the afterlife since he's always been nasty and ornery in life while Sara, well...wasn't.
Fox's mom Nefertiti from Friendly Hostility who's so hot that male homosexuals are the only people who wouldn't do her, though Fox gets creeped out whenever other characters bring this up as he has trouble viewing his mom in that light.
Kenta's mom from the extremely NSFW comic Sexy Losers combines this trope with Parental Incest.
Sheila Black from Better Days.
Succeeded by her daughter Lucy in Original Life, though she's mostly overshadowed in this role in the second comic by Elizabeth Wachsman/Black.
Frigg from Brat-halla, mother (or at least mother-figure) to many of the young Norse gods. Also something of a Hard-Drinking Party Girl.
Taylor from Out at Home had her now teenage-daughter as a teenager, making her much younger than the father of her offspring's best friend, who she is... *ahem* familiar with.^{[dead link]} MILF indeed.
Heartcore has Lilium Lashiec. It's obvious where protagonist Amethyst gets her good looks.
Questionable Content:
- Marten's mom doesn't appear often, but when she does, she's looking fine. In fact, she used to work as a fetish model, and awkwardly was Marten's now-girlfriend's first girl-crush while growing up (and it's even been implied that she was initially attracted to him because of his resemblance to his mother).
- Marten's mother's hotness also provides ammo for what is probably the Worst Thing To Say When Meeting Your Daughter's Boyfriend, although very much Played for Laughs:

Based on reader comments, Jane Mighty from Everyday Heroes qualifies. Even after having two kids, she can still fit into the Stripperiffic villain costume she wore twenty years ago. From all indications, she and Mr. Mighty are still Happily Married after all that time.
Keychain of Creation:
- Misho and Marena usually pretend to be a travelling couple to avoid suspicion, and suggest (to fit their new members into the charade) that Secret pretend to be their daughter. Secret objects, on the grounds that she's too old to be Marena's daughter, since Marena can't be more than twenty. Marena gets VERY happy about this - she's actually thirty-eight.
- Justified later on, when Marena reveals she has two daughters (and a son who died shortly after birth).
- And Marena's recently introduced mother DEFINITELY qualifies as well.
Roughly a third of the cast of Drowtales. It helps that mana causes the Fae races to age at half the human rate and stop aging altogether at 60.
In every outfit, or alternate reality Miss Match from the Evil, Inc. Comics is a really hot mom [1]^{[dead link]}.
In The Inexplicable Adventures of Bob, Jean Poule is pretty darned cute (though she seems to feel self-conscious about her looks because Voluptua is in the picture). Of course, Molly is adopted, so Jean has never actually given birth.
8 from Trying Human. She had to give the kid up after joining Majestic 12, but she did have one, and she's certainly hot.
Mitzi McNinja from The Adventures of Dr. McNinja.
Shubby from Ow, My Sanity is an Absurdly Youthful Big Beautiful Woman. She's also "the mother of a thousand young", and confirms that it's not just a title.
Hala River from Irregular Elis is very good and hot mom... alien.
In Eerie Cuties, we meet Layla and Nina's mother, a beautiful vampire with two-toned hair who shows plenty of cleavage, generally acts like a benevolent social animal and has no problem bringing up her... experiences with the mother of Chloe, one of Layla's friends (Layla is unimpressed with this). For added Fetish Fuel, she's always touching Chloe affectionately, too.
- And then we meet abovementioned Chloe's mother, Adora—even more of Absurdly Youthful Mother and of course a succubus to begin with. Compared to her even boosted Chloe still looks like an awkward teen.
