  • Heartwarming Moments: Near the end of Season 4, the truckers formed a convoy to bring valuable supplies to the isolated town of Nuiqsut. The warm reception that they got from the locals, including a potlatch ceremony thrown in their honor, led to a few Confession Cams of the "This is what makes this job worthwhile" variety.
  • Nightmare Fuel: Deadliest Roads has this in spades, and not just for those who are afraid of heights. Just everything about the show concerning driving, period, is played as thoroughly terrifying. Even the drivers who had handled the ice roads with relative ease are scared of the free fall freeway.
  • Ruined FOREVER: Many fans' reaction to finding out that Lisa would not be featured in Season 6.
  • Unfortunate Implications: To listen to the drivers from the Deadliest Roads spinoff talk about their experiences in India, you'd think the entire country was populated with idiots who either don't know how to drive or else possess severe death wishes.
