Jailbait

Everything About Fiction You Never Wanted to Know.

Andrea "Andi" Robin Kaplan is a clique unto herself. She has no social circles in school, no one is interested in her, and she has no friends. In fact, her only companions other than her family are a cow and a dog that she goes to visit after school every day. And that's just fine with her. That is, until one day, she sees a brown VW Bug with an older man inside whose eye she has caught. After a few days of seeing the man in the VW Bug, he invites her in his car and takes her to his house. It turns out that his name is Frank (and she tells him that hers is Vanessa) and he thinks she's special, as well as making her feel it. Only here's the thing. She is fifteen and he's thirty, meaning that their relationship has to be kept a secret until she's seventeen, because in the meantime, she's officially jailbait.

Tropes used in Jailbait include:
  • Big Breasts, Big Deal: Andi
  • Domestic Abuser: Frank. As well as being technically a third-degree rapist just for getting involved with Andi in the first place, he pressures her into posing for provocative photos when she is not entirely comfortable with it.He becomes even more abusive after Andi gives him her virginity.
  • Embarrassing First Name: Andi's real name is Andrea, but she prefers to be called Andi and hates it when people call her Andrea, especially her mother.
  • Jail Bait: Andrea, of course.
  • Unlucky Busty Girl: Andi. Her large breasts have garnered nothing but ridicule among her peers and Frank is the first guy to give her any positive attention for her attributes.
  • You Have to Have Jews: Andrea and her family are all Jewish.
