Janny Wurts is an American author of three Fantasy series.
Works written by Janny Wurts include:
- The Cycle of Fire (1984-88) - High Fantasy with a Science Fiction backstory.
- The Empire trilogy (1987-92) - Part of The Riftwar Cycle, cowritten with its author, Raymond E. Feist.
- Wars of Light and Shadow (1993 onwards) - lengthy sequence of High Fantasy doorstoppers
