Johji Manabe
A long running mangaka famous for Action Girlfriends and Fan Service. Writes both explicit and non-explicit works, but his recent works tend to be mostly Porn with Plot. He is also not afraid to write Doujinshi of both his own characters and those from other works.
Many of his earlier mainstream works have been translated into English, courtesy of Dark Horse Comics, but are now out of print. His later works have recently been translated into English by the amateur turned professional scanlation group Soba Scans
