- Base Breaker—Not as damaging as some examples on that page, but if you read discussions of the series and you'll notice that a good portion of the fans had to fast forward through a good deal of the series because they were put off by Haruka's antics, while some others find her absolutely hilarious - and still others didn't mind her at first, but found her continued behavior to be something of an Overused Running Gag as the series went on.
- Non Sequitur Scene -- Plenty. The Aran Smithee incident in episode 2, Mika being blown away in episode 6 and the entirety of episode 4.
- The manga has this pushed Up to Eleven in chapter 9: Haruka with lazer beams NOT. KIDDING.
- How about Kana meeting a girl who turns out to be a ghost?
- The ending of episode 9, anyone?
- It probably could rival Azumanga Daioh in this category...in only 13 episodes.
- Ship Tease—The last episode seems to be practically devoted to Mika's crush on Kana, but in the end she never confesses.
- Too Good to Last
- The Woobie—Kana, in spades. Mika becomes this in the 8th episode.
