Keiko Toda
Keiko Toda is a long-time seiyu who is probably best known as Anpanman in Soreike! Anpanman and Matlida Ajan in Mobile Suit Gundam.
At one time, she married Shuichi "Char" Ikeda, but divorced. She has then remarried.
Speaks surprisingly good French and is the semi-official voice actress for any role Jodie Foster played.
