The Black Dogs

Kuroinu (Kuroinu ~Kedakaki Seijo wa Hakudaku ni Somaru~) is a 2010 Hentai Visual Novel by Liquid.

Eos is a plain area located in the west of the Serenus Continent. For hundreds of years, two factions, the Alliance and the Demon Army, fought for complete dominion over the area. With the Dark Elf Queen Olga's power declining, it seemed the war was finally reaching an end.

Under the call of the High Elves, leaded by Celine, said to be a reincarnation of a goddess, a alliance known as the "Seven Shield Alliance" was formed to end the war. They hired the band of mercenaries known as Black Dogs to be the vanguard of their advance.

However, after the Black Dogs invaded the Dark Elves' territory, they suddenly turned on their former allies and crushed them into submission.

Vult, the leader of said mercenaries, declared then the foundation of a new nation, the "Service Nation". In this new nation, all women would be obligated to service men sexually. And the females who used to lead the same territory will learn with their own bodies this wasn't either a lie or an exaggeration.

Directed by Sakamoto Ebito. Published by Liquid and AiCherry on Japan, and Mangagamer and later Shiravune on English.

Tropes used in Kuroinu include:
  • Baby Got Back: Several men make comments on Kaguya's backside in a lustful way.
  • Bare Your Midriff: All women expose their belly to a certain extent.
  • Bestiality is Depraved: Vult forces Claudia to have sex with her own dog, transformed into a still dog-like abomination with her husband's genes spliced in, just to humiliate her further.
  • Boomerang Bigot: Chloe hates humans despite being part-human himself.
  • Break the Haughty: It's hard to feel sorry for Olga since she was born with all the privileges and power a person could wish for and still waged war with humans.
  • The Dreaded: Olga is so feared by the humans that Vault feels motivated to have sex with her in public to prove she is no longer a threat and men can indulge on her body, after no one tries to buy her in an auction.
  • Driven to Suicide:
    • Dark elves are said to commit suicide if they are raped by humans. Not out of despair, but because they are so racist towards humans that the idea of birthing the child of a human being is utterly repulsive to them.
    • Alicia's subordinates commit suicide after having sex with her out of guilt.
  • Evil Counterpart: Olga is this to Celestine. Both are elf queens on command of their respective factions but Olga is said to be extremely cruel and racist on top of it.
  • Fanservice Extra: The games doesn't shy away of showing how that when Vult meant "raping every woman", he really meant it. Several extended erotic scenes are dedicated in the first part to show his troops of humans and monsters raping helpless female civilians or defeated female soldiers.
  • Fantasy Counterpart Culture: With mentions of her being from a distant land and her attire and appearance, Kaguya seems to be from this world's version of Japan.
  • God Save Us From the Queen: Olga was a cruel tyrant, warmonger, and leaded a xenophobic regime as queen.
  • Hair of Gold: Celestine is nothing but pure kindness and, has beautiful blonde hair.
  • Half-Human Hybrid: Chloe is half-human, half dark elf.
  • Non-Action Guy: Claudia's husband is a scholar with no fighting ability, much to the disappointment of his father.
  • Offscreen Villainy: The game already begins with Olga captured, so we see basically nothing of her cruel regime, only third-party accounts.
  • Pet the Dog: For all cruelty we are told Olga has committed, she is kind to Chloe despite her half-human status making her a pariah between dark elves.
  • Pink Is Girly: Prim has pink hair and very girly voice, mannerism, and clothes.
  • Pint-Sized Powerhouse: Lou Lou is as low as a prepubescent human girl but is said to be strong beyond natural limits.
  • Sex Slave: Literally every female in the "Service Nation" as Vult decrees.
  • Stripperific: All main female characters wear revealing outfits that seem to be on the drop of either showing their nipples or vagina.
  • Super Strength: Lou Lou is said to have inhuman strength. To prevent her of killing any men who dares to make an advance against her, the Black Dog Mercenaries put a power-restraining collar on her.
  • Too Dumb To Live: Kaguya's first scene features several men willing to die by having anal sex with her thanks to a curse.
  • Token Loli: Lou Lou pretty much looks like a child. Not surprisingly, the men who pay for her are said to be pedophiles.
  • Villain Protagonist: Vult is a cruel man who feels no shed of remorse or reluctance to decree the rape and forced prostitution of several women, between other less prominent crimes(like murdering one of Alicia's soldiers for refusing to have sex with her), and the player controls his actions that lead to the game's Multiple Endings.
