The originator of Crunk (Love It or Hate It) , Lil Jon is the resident Large Ham of the Hip Hop world. He has had several hits, most notably "Get Low", the Usher-fronted "Yeah!" and "Turn Down for What" with DJ Snake.

- Not quite true. One of his earlier songs isn't much like what people expect from him today.
- Todd in the Shadows even speculated on a Lil Jon appearance in a ballet ("YEAH Swan Lake!").
- Cluster F-Bomb: No fucking kidding. His song "Real Nigga Roll Call" is said to contain more swear words than any other single ever released, and its chorus contains more words that had to be removed in the clean version than words that were allowed to stay.

- Rap Rock: Not only does Lil Jon describe Crunk as an extension of Punk Rock attitude, he also released an album called Crunk Rock, which highlights the Rap Rock aspect of his music.
- Sampling: "Stop Fuckin' Wit Me" was put together by Rick Rubin entirely with guitar riffs from Slayer recordings that Rubin produced.
