Lily is a Grimoire
Besides Divider, Touma, and anyone infected by "Eclipse", the Aces are also looking for the Tome of the Silver Cross, and Lily seems to be connected to said tome in some way. Assume for the moment that Lily is the tome: that would make her a magical book of immense power and age, capable of taking a human form and granting an enormous power boost to the person she contracts with. The manifestation of said power alters the appearance of the mage/magius. If she isn't actually a Grimoire, she's at least a Subaru-level Expy.
- Given that Seven Arcs used to make eroges and is noted for dropping shout-outs all over the place, this is probably intentional.
- The agent from Huckebein demanded that Touma hand over the EC Divider and EC Reactor. We know what the Divider is, so....
Eclipse was an unsuccessful attempt to artificially induce Magia Erebea with magitech.
Both promises great power at the risk of losing sanity and the user gets those nifty black tattoos when activating it. Additionally, the anti-magic feature comes from trying to Armationem the Vespertarian Royal Magic.
- This troper always saw it as more like the corrupted Grail himself.
Veyron and Karen of Huckebein are lovers.
Veyron refers to Karen in a way that makes her more outstanding to him than his fellow Huckebeins. Also he's arguably the weakest member of the family for the moment adn Karen is the leader of the group with an arguably serious but strong character. So she and Veyron have their private "moments" from tiem to time and Veyron watch the group for Karen from his "weakest member" positiion while she's out doing whatever she's doing out xDU. Not posted on Open Theories because of the lack if info about Karen and the fact that romance just didn't seem to work in Nanoha xDU.

...because Tsuzuki loves screwing with Yuri Fans' expectations. Lucino Lilie (Ger. "Lilie" = "Lily") ended up marrying Griffith, and Lily-Strosek is pretty much a Designated Love Interest for Thoma so far...
