Due to this being Mawaru Penguindrum, those who do not wish to imbibe alcohol (or those who just don't have it available) should take shots of apple juice instead.
- Whenever a character says “unmei” (fate), take a shot.
- Every time Himari dies, take a shot.
- Every time someone says “SEIZON SENRYAKU,” take a shot.
- Whenever Shouma tries to do something important but trips/falls over something or is otherwise stopped, take a shot. Take two shots if he fails.
- When a flashback begins, take a shot.
- When a Double H subway PSA appears, take a shot.
- "Fabulous Max!" = take a shot
- Take a shot during every instance in episode 10 that has derp animation.
- Every time Masako says "gosh, I must crush it soon", take a shot.
- Every time Ringo says "destiny" in English, take a shot.
- Episode 21: Every time you see a clock, take a shot.
- Every time you see the number 95, take a shot.
- Every time you see an apple, take a shot.
- Every time Sanetoshi says "isn't it electrifying?", take a shot.
- Every time you just cannot explain what just happened or why it happened beyond "IKUHARAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!", down the whole bottle.
