Adaptation Displacement: The movie really has nothing to do with the great Flaming Carrot comics it takes its name from, but it's easily good enough on its own.
Alternate Character Interpretation: Is the spirit of the Bowler's father really in the bowling ball, or does the Bowler have some form of telekinesis (inherited from her father) and an Imaginary Friend and/or schizophrenia?
Non Sequitur Scene: The entire skunk-humping-spleen's-leg scene.
Blessed with Suck: Mr Furious who is supposed to have the power of unstoppable rage, and never seems to use it, but when you realise he tears cars apart with his bare hands after his landlady/employer rags on so much how even tempered he actually is. Then Casanova Frankenstein puts him straight into mad.
Complete Monster: Cassanova Frankenstein.
Deader Than Disco: Tony P's stake in Casanova's takeover is to resurrect disco in general.
Hilarious in Hindsight: Casanova Frankenstein relishes a hammy moment where he eats an apple.

Nightmare Fuel: What Captain Amazing warps into at his death.
