• Ensemble Darkhorse: Tsuruhime. This lady will usually not be missing in any fans' 'Favorite Sentai Heroine' list (and even a lot of times, get to #1 spot, beating even modern heroines too). Her cameo in Gokaiger is very well received too. Being the first female 'leader' will do that to you at times.
• Retroactive Recognition: Kane Kosugi has moved on to Hollywood after this, starting from the US-made Ultraman Powerd (aka Ultraman: The Ultimate Hero) and appearing in movies like Dead or Alive (being Ryu Hayabusa no less) and battling Jet Li in Rogue Assassin.
  • He was also a regular in the earlier runs of Ninja Warrior, which in Japan is named...Sasuke.
