• Moment of Awesome: The final stages of both games are truly epic.
• Never Live It Down: Kaoru is seen with a bear only once in the entire second game, yet it's nearly synonymous with him in fan works.
• Tear Jerker: "Over the Distance" in OTO 1, and "Believe" in OTO 2.
  • Possibly "Glamorous Sky" in OTO 2 as well, unless you fail.
    • And if you get the bad ending, instead of a Heartwarming Moment, you get a Funny Moment where the ramen chef from the first game kills the moment by riding by on his very loud motorcycle.
• That One Level: "Believe" from OTO 2 on expert. The song is easily the slowest in the game, even slower than "Over the Distance" from the original. Unfortunately, your life gauge still drains extremely quickly. This means that to make up for the life loss between notes, you need to get practically every note perfect to make it through. Some funny timing doesn't help matters.
  • And to hammer just how hard it is to keep your life meter up, it's entirely possible to fail all the cutscenes with an S rank.
• Viewer Gender Confusion: Shinta Kikuchi
  • Possibly JIN 2, whose hairstyle is similar to Mana Shiratori's.
    • You could also count Kaoruko: blond lady in the choir level) to be a sort of reverse trap. It's even Lampshaded in the Let's Play.
