The only time she was cast as a girl was when she portrayed Sweet/Neesha in Pokémon the First Movie.

Knight of Cerebus (Not a blatant example, but her appearance definitely marks a shift towards a slightly darker tone for the series' latter half, and she definitely manages to pull off "dangerous and menacing" in a way the previous enemies the Cures had fought never could. Being an occasionally rather violent young woman adds to this -- most infamously, she stabs a would-be rapist to death; later on, she evidently decapitates a guy off-screen.)
