The dog is definitely not scared. If you have a GSD you KNOW this look veryy well. It's the look of purposely appearing sad and pitiful so they can get what they want. They are very VERY clever dogs. You can see the dog being unable to contain himself by wagging his tail. It is merely the gsd just giving the puppy look but played so well that he actually looks sad. They do this to beg and MANIPULATE their loving owners. VERY CLEVER GSDS! VERY CLEVER! My GSD always WINS cause he KNOWS I'M WEAK T_T
