Rex Libris, a quarterly comic book, is about a librarian who collects overdue books from those reluctant to pay the fines. Most comic companies would stop there, but B. Barry Horton is no ordinary publisher! Thanks to the wonders of Viscoombic miracle comics, Rex Libris is a thrill-a-minute actioner, with laughs, love, Simondies as a bird bent on global domination, and Nazi zombies!
