Rio Natsuki is a voice actress born in Tokyo in 1969. She is hard to pigeonhole; in Digimon Adventure, she voiced the Meganekko geek Miyako; in GetBackers, she voiced Ms. Fanservice Hevn, and in Bubblegum Crisis: Tokyo 2040, she voiced Linna, a worked-up salarywoman but still sociable enough.
