General

Seasons 1 through 3 have a fried chicken restaurant called Chokey Chicken, as you can barely see in the page image, their slogan was "It sticks to you". In season 4 the name was changed to Chewy Chicken.
Spunky seems like a cute name for an energetic little dog, but spunk can also mean semen, and the Bigheads have salmon bushes in their yard, salmon bushes is a rare term for female gentailia, so "Spunky in my salmon bushes" counts.
According to some YouTube commenters the fact that the Bigheads are called the Bigheads is a mild one in itself.
Rocko always wears a shirt with purple triangles on it.
Rocko has a jackhammering hobby, the first couple times it was shown there were jokes to make it seem like masturbation in this world.

Season One

1x01 No Pain, No Gain/Who Gives a Buck?
- Heffer looks like he's working out, then we see him from a different angle so he appears to be jacking off, then we see he is really trying to cut a burrito with plastic chopsticks.
- Rocko goes on a virtual rowing device and accidentally selects "Deliverance", which has hillbillies attacking him, then he jumps off and runs after "Now we gonna make you squeal piggie!" which just involves the guy tickling a pig with a feather.
- when they are playing basketball Heffer makes the wall crash down showing the women's showers, if you have a large screen and pause at just the right instant you can see elephant tits.
- The name "Who Gives A Buck" counts.
- whenever the All Scottish Show logo is seen it is aranged with the words on top of each-other and the first letters are clearly spelling ASS.
- Heffer sits on a bean bag chair and all the beans spill out, when he removes it the way he pulls it off his pants reaching in-between his legs makes it look like he's removing a condom.
- "Doggie style bowl ride" with the operator asking everyone to get on their hands and knees.
1x02 Leap Frogs/Bedfellows
- It should be noted that this episode was banned after the first airing, Bedfellows then started airing connected to Wallaby On Wheels soon after that came out, Leap Frogs then aired on Nicktoons from 2002-2005 but not 2010-2011 and was skipped during The 90s Are All That because this could be the most innuendo dense episode ever even for season one, here's why:
- Bev visits Rocko while dressed like a hooker.
- A female frog on tv has visible nipples.
- Bev stirs Spanish looking flies from a can labeled Spanish Fly into lemonade.
- Bev asks Rocko to zip her up in a dress, when he does the zipper is stuck and she says it tickles, then he rips it right off her leaving her naked and laughing causing Rocko to zip up his eyes.
- Bev asks Rocko if he likes her eyes and asks him to touch them, when she does this her eyes look like breasts.
- Rocko is shaved by a ceiling fan and lands in Bev's mouth, then she says "You shaved! For me?"
- When Bev is spun around by the fan she acts drunk before vomiting.
- When Ed walks in and Rocko is in just underwear and Bev is in her bathrob and she hands him money then kisses him it looks to Ed that she payed Rocko to have sex.
- Bev throwing plates and Ed breaking them on his tongue is clearly their way of having sex, the plates seem to represent condoms.
- Mr. Wolfe asking Peter to get him another soda and shaking the can is one of these according to a YouTube comment, I forgot what they said it means, something involving drugs I believe.
- Rocko puts a "Cattle Perk-O" on Heffer as he sleeps, then he goes "Mmmm...Sheila?" then it melts.
- A NUDIST party in Rocko's backyard, it's actually called that.
- The band playing at the party is called The Dangles.
- When Bev finds out about the party she gets very excited and starts spying, then asks Ed to get the telescope out of the hall closet so she can take a closer look.
- Heffer thinks "Maybe I should tell him now.". As if he's about to tell Rocko he's gay.
- When Heffer's dad walks in they act shocked that he caught them naked like they were having sex.
- Bev has an all night nudist party offscreen and asks Ed to join in, and Rocko looks disturbed.
  - The whole episode is almost as bad as Leap Frogs, I'm actually surprised they still aired it on Nicktoons yet banned its partner.
1x03 Jetscream/Dirty Dog
- For a few seconds during takeoff the plane is blurred and pure purple, and looks like a dildo.
- When Rocko flips it to the reggae station listen carefully and you can make out the N word very fast. Other than these this is very clean for season 1.
- Dirty Dog has a fair amount of Ren and Stimpy style gross out humor, but I couldn't find any innuendos.
1x04 Keeping Up with the Bigheads/Skid Marks
- Bev gets on the windowsill wearing a short, tight dress and fishnet stockings and says suggestively "Ed! That garden isn't the only thing that needs attention."
- Heffer tries to force himself to poop in the yard as fertilizer.
- When bugs eat Ed's topiary all that is left is a huge pickle.
- Spunky's license number is 135790, that looks sort of like the word LESBO in capitals.
- A doctor holds Rocko's eyes and asks him to cough.
1x05 Power Trip/To Heck and Back
- Really Really Big Man has magic chest hairs.
- And mentions his muscular bosom.
- And of course the infamous nipples of the future. How the heck did that get in a Nick show?
- "Thanks Big Man, we've all been touched by your bigness."
- To Heck And Back is the first episode(and only one from super edgy season one) to feature the Chokey Chicken restaurant.
- And the only episode to show the slogan "It sticks to ya".
- Heffer slurps ketchup bottles like bloody dicks!
- On the Welcome To Heck sign the CK is a different color, and you can see the LL they were painted over.
- Peaches seems to be gay, probably transsexual.
1x06 The Good, the Bad and the Wallaby/Trash-o-Madness
- "Mary had a steamboat, the steamboat had a bell, Mary went to Heaven, the steamboat went to...hey Rocko!
- Heffer is sleeping in the barn and a farmer uses a milking machine on him, which shocks him at first, but then he loves it. This scene was removed, according to TV.com it was actually in the episode for a few years before they decided it was too bad, it was also in the episode when it was a on a VHS tape from around 1996, but not in the DVDs.
- Ewwww...bad sausage!
- Rocko hurts Earl by punching his nose in, then he pulls it back out far, and it's like an erection.
1x07 Spitballs/Popcorn Pandemonium
- Rocko's good angel is so a crossdresser!
- Why do all the females in the crowd have jockstraps too?
- Dick Duck.
- What is Spike chewing?
- "Stay tuned for more Sweatin' In Your Undies."
- Rocko and Heffer sit in urinals.
- The way the baby is chewing on Rocko's eye and his mom says "Now you spit that out, you don't know where that's been."
1x08 A Sucker for the Suck-O-Matic/Canned
- We see a picture of a dog next to (-8) with the 8 actually being baseballs. Rocko says "Gee, maybe we should try the neutering device later."
- Rocko sucks up an actual bust of Freud!
- We see naked, shapely, female fairies floating in the flowers, then when they are sucked up we see a fat weasel in his underwear who was drooling as he spied on them with binoculars, then he looks embarrassed at the screen.
- When the dog says "You'll never be satisfied with a mortal woman, because the elf wenches are so beautiful, you'll spend the rest of your life searching for that same beauty again. YES!" he snorts, and this funny speech is a stealth reference to Cocaine.
- Rocko is a tattoo artist who's first and only customer is a rhino named Mr. Horny.
- Rocko is a "specialty phone operator" sitting in front of a sign that says "One on one hot line", and another sign says "REMEMBER: Be hot, Be NAUGHTY, Be courteous." he says in a seedy monotone "Oh baby, oh baby, oh baby." then Mrs. Bighead who is on the other line is very shocked and says "Rocko?" and he says "Mrs. Bighead?" and they both hang up very disturbed at the same time. One freaky fact that many people overlook about this infamous scene is the fact that Mrs. Bighead decided to call a phone sex number!

- Heffer is eating a bag of Frosty Mead o Wafers.
- Later he is holding what could be the most dick like sausage(in this case a corn dog) to ever be in a cartoon!
- A ride is shown called Elevator To Hell, with the word hell actually shown.
