Spamalot/Heartwarming

The way that Arthur recruits Dennis; rather than trying to beat the shit out of him, he invites him to join the Round Table if Arthur proves that the Lady of the Lake is real. Arthur does, and Dennis is more than happy to jump into the Lady of the Lake's arms.
Herbert tries to explain to his father that he doesn't have anything personal against the princess, it's that he believes another special someone is out there.
Just as Lancelot tries to apologize for storming the castle, he compliments the curtains in Herbert's bedroom and asks where he got them.
Lancelot jumping to Herbert's defense when his father tries to kill him. It's the first time Lancelot isn't overly bloodthirsty, and he gives an epic speech calling out Herbert's dad for being a bully.
After Arthur ignores Patsy for the entirety of "I'm All Alone", The Lady of the Lake points out that Patsy has been there the whole time. Arthur's response? "Well, yes, but... Patsy's family."
- How does Patsy respond to this in the 2023 revival? By hugging Arthur.
Herbert finally getting to sing at his wedding.
Sir Robin finds his Grail: Musical Theater! And as he belts in the finale, he can sing and dance without soiling himself, while finding an audience.
