Everything About Fiction You Never Wanted to Know.

  • Non Sequitur Scene: The girls stop the bus to pee in the bushes and run into a crew of aliens who want tickets to their show but it's sold out. The girls are completely unfazed by this and even sign autographs for the aliens.
  • Funny Aneurysm Moment: During the fantasy scene about the girls becoming mothers, Mel C is seen on an exercise bike. Later on, she still on the same bike. It's seems to be less funny when one recalls about Mel C and Geri struggles with an eating disorder, with the former explaining more details about her exercise regime. Victoria has also came forward her battles with the mental illness herself.
    • In the Milan scene, Clifford argues with the Italian director about a contact that they made, threatening a lawsuit. Jump a few years later, when someone DID EXACT THAT thanks to Geri's departure.
  • Hilarious in Hindsight: There’s a scene where the girls are wondering what Nicola was going to face when she becomes a mother. This can be viewed more amusing today since now all five members are mothers themselves.
  • Narm Charm: No one disputes it's a terrible movie but for nostalgic reasons, any young'un now cannibalizing their youth in search of amusement can still reasonably enjoy the trip back through the 90s with the girls.
  • Society Marches On: In one scene, Mel B is seen with a cell-phone, which was a status symbol for someone at a higher income level. Now, there are companies given out cell-phones, even to the homeless at little to no cost.
  • Uncertain Audience: The Nostalgia Chick talks about how the movie is a weird mesh of kiddie jokes and adult humor.
  • What the Hell, Casting Agency?: Any viewer outside the demographic will laugh or weep at the sight of so many great British actors in this film.
