Spider-Man 3 is a 2007 open world video game based on the film of the same name. It was developed by Treyarch and published by Activision. It had Tobey Maguire, James Franco, J.K Simmons, Topher Grace and Thomas Haden Church returning from the film to voice in the game. Bruce Campbell narrates the tutorial sections of the game yet again. The game got mixed reviews but sold well.

- Big Bad Duumvirate: Sandman and Venom.
- Evil Sounds Deep: Venom has a deep voice in the game compared to the film.
- Final Boss: Venom.
- Lemony Narrator: The tutorial narrator gives away wacky tips to the player.
- Lizard Folk: Curt Connors becomes the Lizard in this game.
- Mission Pack Sequel: Aside from the black suit, the gameplay is more or less the same as Spider-Man 2.
- Palette Swap: Spidey can wear either the red suit or the black suit.
- Sidequest: Spidey can rescue people and swing along with Mary Jane for side missions.
