On Halloween night, Mario, Ash and Brock sit down to tell scary stories, although it comically goes nowhere. Arguing breaks out between the three, and Mario eventually states how much the episode sucks. At his computer, Richie realizes this. The two Pokemon trainers also agree and try to cheer Mario up by going to Luigi's party. The episode ends with a PSA on Halloween safety. This special is notable, as it remained unavailable to the public for two years until it was finally made available again in the February of 2012.
