  • Non Sequitur Scene: The scene where the two traffic sign 'walk' and 'don't walk' figures fight each other. It's weird, bizarre, and nonsensical even in this context, and isn't mentioned again.
  • Hilarious in Hindsight: "You can't run two programs at once". Your computer is doing it right now.
  • Nightmare Fuel: It looks silly years after, but Vera Webster probably qualifies as The Woobie by this scene alone. People who haven't seen the movie may even be familiar with it. If you don't want to click the link, here goes: late in the film, the computer the villains built turns against them, and they all evacuate quickly. Vera is the straggler, and the computer decides to get revenge by PULLING HER INTO THE MACHINE and TURNING HER INTO A ROBOT. This scene likely scares more children than any other scene in the entire series.
