• Lanselot leaves Barbas to fight you off in Chapter 4. He takes out a pistol and says that weapon is more powerful than any magic. Then he accidentally fires and shoots one of his own men in the back. Barbas then calls the contraption bedeviled and hands it to one of his other men, whiel in the original he mentions how dangerous it is.
  • The ensuing banter between Gildas/Canopus against Barbas are also funny in its own right.
