Firstly, does it count as this trope when this situation happens during sexual play or intercourse between humans (or other members of the same species)? At least it seems some cases of Date Rape and erotic accidents in Real Life are caused by ... well, a bit too much love and admiration paired with a lack of impulse control. Somehow similar to the kid smothering a loved pet by accident, only with a sexual component added.
Of course, if intra-species examples count, these would often overlap with Death by Sex and Out With a Bang. And some Break The Cutie in case of Date Rape.
Secondly, I wonder if there are any real life examples known (= documented) where a human was at the receiving end of this from a tamed large animal. After all, one could easily imagine a juvenile grizzly bear, elephant, orca or the like which just wants to play with its human fellow the way it's used to play with conspecifics... and the results are not so good. Probably the problem here is correctly identifying the cause of the animal's behavior that led to the accident.
As for the already-mentioned case of children strangling small animals, these examples are probably - and unfortunately - too many to list them in a Real Life section. As for the sexual accidents between humans or token human species, I mean primarily fictional examples since real life examples would be squicky. (Although non-sexual examples are possible as well, especially if the victim is much smaller or has some serious injury or disease prior to getting "crushed".)
