Just wondered why her boobs are bigger than in the last game. Did she enter a church one more, or what happened?

As I understand it, not only Shamsiel, but supposedly ALL of the members of Lute's Harem of Wives/Lovers' breasts changed over the course of time between Lute becoming king and even the epilogue to the first visual novel and then even moreso during the time skip leading to the second game's events. Basically ALL of their breasts have gotten at least a little bigger AND they are ALL now capable of lactating massive quantities despite none of them ever having been pregnant or impregnated (which is honestly the more amazing feat considering how much and how often they're all having sex with Lute). The exact cause of this is not fully explained, but hints are dropped that Lute secretly being a half-incubus very likely has a lot to do with it.
