TV tropes' page for this trope uses an image. Is there any reason why we can't use the same image here on this page?

If it's available in the form they use it (and predating their use of it) elsewhere on the web, it's probably safe. If, however, it's a still from It's Such a Beautiful Day selected and cropped by a TVT user specifically for use on TVT, no, don't use it. Fighteer got a lot of mileage out of calling us "plagiarists" (in accordance with his adorably naive interpretation of Creative Commons and copyright law). No need to give him or anyone else at TVT more ammunition, regardless how bogus it might be.
